I prefer to use the legendary catalyst com for this build, but a legendary anarchist can work too. Though you will lose some stacks, it's not very hard to build them up again, and you can still be quite powerful because you're not relying purely on Anarchy for your DPS. I find that 3 points is enough in cooking up trouble, especially since it synergizes well with discord. (or max it out and just reskill later).ĥ1 - 72: Continue to fill out the blue tree. If at this point you feel squishy and survivability becomes an issue, I would throw in the points into cooking up trouble. Myelin will provide some better defense, combined with bload soaked shields. I would enter true vault hunter mode with that. Close Enough is vital to make the most out of Anarchy. If you are still interested here's I would go about levelling:īegin by skilling into Close Enough in the green tree, and filling out the red tree. With make it sparkle, i can shoot him with slag (and other elements, but usually slag) and he will go around slagging or applying dots on enemies while tanking damage.ĭeathtrap's damage does not scale very well in OP levels he will never ever be able to outdps you, so spending points on him is a waste. I basically only use deathtrap as a meatshield to draw aggro from enemies, or to shoot at surveryors. He will also steal second winds from your teammates, or replenish melee zer0 shields, or replenish enemy shields. I often find him blocking my line of sight, aggroing excess enemies unnecessarily, or just doing nothing. This is because, in my opinion, Deathtrap does more harm than good. You will also notice that I have not spent any points on Deathtrap.
I don't even spend time stacking on the targeting dummy in Sanctuary. Even though Anarchy is core to the build, I do not find myself needing as many stacks, or in pain if I lose all my stacks.
It maybe be as potent DPSwise as a bee-fibber Gaige, but I find it to be well balanced offensively and defensively. This is the build that I like to use on my Gaige (I would also like you to note that I am not an expert with her but I do pretty well):
